Brie group cheese with a white fluffy coat. Before ripening, they are sprinkled with dried herbs that are covered with white mold. The presence of greens, in addition to the typical forest, earth and mushroom notes, creates a springy fresh aftertaste. Excellent in the company of dessert wines, together with fruits, especially stone fruits (plums, apricots, nectarines).
