Our brie type cheese BALTEZERS is balanced in flavour, smell, and sweet taste you would expect from a first-class dairy product. Its rind feels velvet with slight tones of sand, grey, and with older cheeses – reddening edges. It is best at 3-4 weeks of ripening still with barely ripened “hart” in the centre of cheese.
